- Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or printer settings.

 

3. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in the specified currency and may change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before any files are sent or made available for download.
- For custom designs, a 50% down payment is required to begin the project. The balance must be paid before final files are released.

 

4. Processing Time and Revisions
- Instant downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders typically take 3–14 business days, depending on the project’s complexity.
- Each custom order includes 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

5. Delivery of Files
- Digital products are delivered through email or instant download links.
- (Limited) physical products are shipped via our reliable delivery partners.
- Please ensure your email address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery issues.
- In case of download problems or shipping delays, contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed once files have been sent or downloaded.
- For custom orders, refunds are only available before design work has started.
- If a cancellation is initiated by the seller due to unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be issued.

- All digital products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own.
- Commercial or business use requires a separate extended license agreement.

RETURN POLICY

2. Digital Products
All items sold in our shop are digital downloads. Once a file has been purchased and sent or downloaded, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
This is because digital products cannot be physically returned, and once delivered, they are considered final sale.
Please review all product descriptions, previews, and file details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 

3. Custom or Personalized Orders
For custom or personalized designs:
- A 50% down payment may be required to begin the project.
- Refunds can only be issued before design work has started.
- Once work has begun or files have been delivered, refunds are no longer available.
- Revisions are included as stated in the order agreement (usually 1–2 rounds).

 

4. Incorrect or Damaged Files
If you receive:
- The wrong file,
- A corrupted or inaccessible file, or
- Experience a technical issue preventing download,

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to resend or replace the correct files at no additional cost.

 

5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us immediately with your order details. We’ll verify the duplicate order and issue a refund or store credit.

 

6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us right away so we can investigate and assist you.

 

7. Physical Products (if applicable)
If your order includes printed or physical items:
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only.
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos of the issue.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. JDidIt is not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues but will gladly assist in coordinating with the delivery provider to help resolve any concerns.
