Once final creative is agreed, production will take place. Wait for 1-3 weeks confirming that your party bags are ready for pick-up or shipping.
What if I want different brand of candies or a custom set? There would be an additional fee for handling and packing, it depends on the availability of goodies requested. Please send an email to inquire.
What if I want to cancel my order? No cancellation or refund once order has been placed. Regarding CANCELLATIONS due to JDidIt's unavailability or conflict:
This only applies to bookings made at least a month ahead or when invoice has not been generated yet.
You shall receive a notification ahead of time.
If payment has been made, full refund will be processed unless there were products or services already delivered.
